Welcome to Silverstone Pre-School

Established 50 years ago and located in the heart of Silverstone Village, Northamptonshire, we provide high quality education and childcare to young children from Silverstone and the surrounding towns and villages.

We accept applications for children between the ages of 2 years and 4 years old, accommodating up to 30 children per session.

Our children are offered free flow indoor and outdoor play to help enhance their continued learning and exploratory skills. They are also provided free flow snack time for up to 40 minutes each session so that they may continue their play and choose when to engage in snack time.

Children are assisted to be independent in setting and encouraged to set their own pace. We ask parents for children’s interests so that we can plan activities to best engage the children attending.

We follow the ethos ‘No two children are the same’ and ensure that all children are included in all that we do at Silverstone Pre-School.

We are able to offer regular chances for village walks with the children, visiting areas such as the local pocket park and taking a shopping trip to the local shop.

Silverstone Pre-School is run by a voluntary management committee made up of parents of children past and present at the pre-school and local members of the community. The committee are responsible for working alongside our manager in setting the pre-school policies, managing and engaging staff and the business running of the pre-school.
